Do you ship internationally?

For the moment, no. We’ll ship to Puerto Rico, but that’s about it.
Can I track my order?

We’ll send a tracking number to your email address when we ship out your package. Use that to track it. But USPS isn’t the most up-to-date or accurate with tracking. Don’t worry too hard, your package will get there when it gets there.
How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship Priority Mail with USPS, so it’s usually between 2-3 days. It’s pretty quick.

How can I exchange or return a product?

Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. Please be certain that you want our product before purchasing.
What if the product is defective?

Although uncommon, there may be imperfections in the metal from the machining process. These are tools and they are meant to be used. Any imperfections will not affect the usage of the product at all. Aside from that, they’re solid metal so there’s not anything that could render them unusable.
But what if you sent me the wrong thing?

In that case, let us know via email and we’ll make sure to send you the right thing right away.

Where do the materials come from?

The metals used to manufacture our products are mined from the earth. Probably it was a star at one point.
How do I have to clean my product?

Wipe it off on the tattered clothes of your enemies. Or rinse it off in the sink with some water. Polish it with a soft rag afterwards if you want it to be shiny. We use White Diamond metal polish for a mirrorlike reflection.

How do I get to your shop?

You can’t. Please stay away. Trespassers may be shot.
